If a user believes an escort has created a fraudulent profile or engaged in scamming, they should utilize the platform's reporting tools. While we cannot process refunds for direct transactions between users, we will investigate the reported profile and take necessary administrative action.

Escort Plus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the modifications.

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
